So I’m on Weight Watchers. Now, the issue is me finding a decent Weight Watchers breakfast with no eggs that doesn’t break the bank in points. FYI…I’m not too fond of eggs.
Ingredients:
- Spinach – 0 WW points
- Onions – 0 WW points
- Turkey lunch meat – 0 WW points for oven-roasted. My favorites are Boar’s Head low-sodium turkey and Applegate turkey.
- Cheddar cheese (optional) – 2 WW points per slice or 4 WW points per slice
- Tortilla wrap – 2 WW points per wrap or 3 WW points per wrap
Saute the veggies until your desired tenderness. Add a slice of cheese if you like. Remove from the pan. Add the wrap to warm it. Add the veggies and cheese. Fold the wrap and enjoy!
A little about Weight Watchers:
I joined in August 2023. It’s March 2024, and I’m down 30 pounds. I love the program and plan to continue it in the foreseeable future. More than anything, I’ve learned portion control. I don’t feel starved or deprived. I’m still satisfying my sweet tooth and healthily losing weight.
My current goal weight is 198. Once I’m under 200 pounds, I’ll reassess.
I have not exercised very much. My weight loss has been 90% diet changes. I plan to get more active so I don’t have loose skin. I’ll share more about exercising when I’m more consistent with it. However, the plan is to use Apple Fitness+ for strength training, yoga and cardio.
